+**Annotation**: This work by Patrick Hiketick though not immensely difficult, has elements within
+that will challenge players. The bass clarinet part extends to low d, which in most cases will
+require an instrument that extends to low c (professional level horn). Additionally, the bass
+clarinet part is written in bass clef, a tradition that is not frequently seen in the literature,
+particularly in works for younger students. The melodic and harmonic content of this piece are
+based on idiomatic klezmer style. The are klezmer-like ornaments written in, but this work could
+be used as an opportunity to teach those elements that are not specifically notated.
