Annotation : One of the most unique features of this three movement duo is its use of the fugue and chaconne forms. This duo’s range does not exceed E 4 and each movement is moderate in tempo. Additionally, the subdivision does not exceed eighth notes. This piece could be used to supplement student understanding of the fugue form as well as assist them in learning six-eight time.
