+**Annotation**: At only five minutes long, this quartet is a challenge for all parties involved. The
+first clarinet part is the most challenging of the four, featuring an extended range, technical runs,
+and even a cadenza. Rhythmically, the parts are quite independent, requiring ensemble members
+to be familiar with not only their parts, but also the parts of the other members. This is one of
+Michael Kibbe’s most challenging works for clarinet ensemble.
