These duos can be used in private lessons to work with students on classical ornamentation, perhaps for a student working on a concerto that would also require similar ornaments such as the Mozart Concerto. Each duo consists of two movements, the majority of which consist of a first movement in sonata form and a second in rondo form. In an effort to support the students’ understanding of these classical forms, these duos can also be analyzed for form and harmonic contexts. ---- {{:pleyel_6_duos_for_2_clarinets.png?nolink|}}
